Position
- Title: Senior Manager (Legal)
- Location: Mumbai (On-site – corporate/legal office)
- Type: Full-time, permanent
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed university
- Minimum 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a leading private sector bank or NBFC
- Strong drafting, review, negotiation, and advisory skills for banking/finance/legal documentation
- Experience in wealth management, transaction banking, IT contracts, marketing/branding, and capital market projects is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating agreements across:
- Wealth Management: Insurance, mutual funds, PMS, AIF partnerships
- Transaction Banking: Cash management, escrow, non-resident banking, digital solutions
- Marketing/Branding: Celebrity engagements, social media branding
- Capital & Commodity Markets: Broker/exchange/intermediary documentation
- Information Technology: Software licenses, MSAs, IT contracts
- Providing legal advisory services on compliance and operations
- Risk mitigation and fostering a culture of compliance and ethics across the bank
