About the Internship
Asahi Legal LLP is accepting applications for a litigation internship at its Fort, Mumbai office. The internship offers law students and recent graduates hands-on experience in courtroom proceedings and litigation practice, providing valuable exposure to diverse legal forums.
Eligibility
- Open to motivated law students and law graduates who have an interest in litigation
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills are required
- Willingness and ability to attend the Fort office and court for field work
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a keen desire to learn in a courtroom environment
Responsibilities
- Assist advocates in handling litigation before NCLT, High Court, Arbitrations, City Civil Court, and various tribunals
- Gain real-world courtroom and legal practice experience
- Aid in legal research, drafting of pleadings, applications, and case documents
- Support the preparation of case files, documentation, and trackers
- Attend courts and develop practical skills in advocacy and legal processes
