About the Internship
Gargieyas is inviting law students to join as Tax Litigation Interns. This full-time, on-site internship provides hands-on experience in direct tax litigation cases before various forums, including the Assessing Officer (AO), Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)], Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), High Court, and Supreme Court.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of an integrated law program or 3rd year of LL.B.
- Proficient in MS Office and online legal research databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Internship Duration
- December 2025 and January 2026

- Jaipur office (on-site requirement)
