Eligibility
a) Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate in Law (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Law).
- Conveyancing knowledge and experience handling real estate contracts.
- Expertise in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management.
b) Requisite Skills:
Technical:
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience drafting vendor and customer-facing contracts.
Behavioral:
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to accept challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
