About the Internship
The Litigation Intern will work with CoinDCX’s Business and Strategic Alliances / litigation team on disputes, regulatory matters, and advisory work. The role offers exposure to civil and commercial litigation and quasi‑judicial proceedings in a fast‑growing digital asset ecosystem.
Eligibility
- 5th year law students or recent law graduates from top‑tier colleges.
- Prior internship with top‑tier law firms or reputed companies.
- Full‑time availability from office, minimum 3‑month commitment; extension based on performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the litigation team on ongoing disputes, regulatory and advisory matters.
- Draft and assist with pleadings, case summaries, brief notes, and legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with external counsel, attend hearings (where relevant), and maintain case trackers and timelines.
Preferred Profile
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- High interest and curiosity in Virtual Digital Assets (VDA) and Web3, with an ownership and growth mindset in a changing, innovation‑driven environment.
