About the Opportunity
NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad invites expressions of interest for the full-time IPR Chair Professor position under the DPIIT IPR Chair (SPRIHA scheme). The role promotes IP teaching, research, global best practices, collaborations, industry engagement, and regular publications on IP matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Served/meets UGC criteria for Professor/Associate Professor with sufficient IPR teaching/research experience, OR
- IP attorney or professional with minimum 10 years IPR practice/experience, OR
- Retired IP Office (CGPDTM) official with doctorate + 5 years at Level 12+ (Controller/Registrar level)
Age and Tenure
- Age limit: Below 70 years
- Full-time contract: 1 year initially, extendable up to 5 years maximum
Remuneration
- Consolidated ₹1,50,000 per month + 3% annual increment after 12 months
