Infosys is hiring Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to handle complex commercial IT contracts primarily governed by Dutch and European laws. The role focuses on IT service provider agreements in the BeNeLux and continental Europe regions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (Honors)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review complex commercial IT contracts (outsourcing, service, alliance, subcontracting, license agreements)
- Review proposals/RFPs, assist in responses and negotiations with customers/vendors
- Analyze legal/commercial risks, provide recommendations to business teams and senior management
- Create/adapt standard contract forms, translate English to local languages
- Handle corporate compliance, track relevant laws/regulations, share local law insights globally
