About the Job

FourFold Legal is hiring Trainee Associates through its 3-month Assessment-to-Associate Program for upcoming/final-year and recent law graduates. The structured program offers hands-on legal exposure and merit-based promotion to Associate roles.

Eligibility

• Upcoming/final-year law students and recent law graduates.
• Language preference: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali.

Responsibilities

• Direct client interaction and case handling.
• Debt settlement, loan resolution, DRT proceedings, SARFAESI Act cases.
• Arbitration/mediation support.
• Drafting legal notices, replies, pleadings, and representations.

Assessment Structure (3 Months)

• Month 1: ₹5,000.
• Month 2: ₹10,000.
• Month 3: ₹15,000.
• Month 4+: Promotion to Associate based on performance.

Salary

CTC Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹8 LPA (fixed pay + performance incentives).
