About the Internship

PPG Legal invites applications for advocate internships focusing on corporate compliance, commercial disputes, and tax matters. Interns gain hands-on experience drafting pleadings, researching case law, and assisting with court filings.

Eligibility

• Final-year law students (3rd/5th year) or fresh law graduates enrolled as advocates.
• Strong academic record and knowledge of Companies Act, CPC, and Income Tax laws.
• Delhi residents preferred (near South Delhi).
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, notices, and counter-replies.
• Conduct case law research for commercial suits.
• Support client consultations on corporate compliance and tax advisory.
• Participate in court appearances and arbitration matters.

Duration & Stipend

• Duration: 3-6 months (extendable to full-time).
• Stipend: ₹5,000-15,000/month based on experience.
