Roles and Responsibilities
- Assistance to Insolvency Professionals.
- CoC/SCC meetings.
- Drafting.
- Claim verification.
- Other similar IBC-related work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates, CA, or CS qualifications.
- Candidates from similar professional backgrounds.
- Prior IBC experience required.
Preferred Exposure
- CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process).
- Liquidation.
- PPIRP (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process).
- PG (Personal Guarantor) cases.
