About the Opportunity
JSA is hiring a Senior Associate – General Corporate in Mumbai. The role involves handling complex corporate transactions, advisory, and client matters in a high-volume Tier-1 practice environment.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience in General Corporate
- CS + LLB qualification preferred
- Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills
- Exposure to employment law is an added advantage
