About the Internship
The internship provides hands-on exposure to high-stakes litigation and arbitration across multiple forums. Core practice areas include commercial/corporate litigation, domestic/international arbitration, insolvency/bankruptcy, Delhi High Court matters, civil/criminal trials, white/blue-collar crimes, consumer litigation, and Supreme Court writs/appeals/SLPs.
Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting.
- Assist in court proceedings.
- Participate in case strategy discussions.
- Handle brief preparation and file management.
Eligibility & Details
- 5th-year students of 5-year law programs or 3rd-year students of 3-year programs.
- Nature: Litigation and arbitration-focused.
- Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
- Positions: 2 interns.
