About the Positions

IPR Chair established by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion at National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal invites applications for Research Assistant (1 position) and Interns (4 positions) on contractual consolidated monthly salary basis per SPRIHA norms.

Eligibility – Research Assistant

Graduate; PG/LL.M. Degree; or PhD Scholars. Preferable age limit: 35 years.

Eligibility – Interns

3rd, 4th, 5th-year 5-year BA LLB (Hons); 2nd/3rd-year 3-year LLB; students pursuing/completed LL.M. in IP Law; PhD scholars in IP Law.

Salary Structure

Research Assistant: Graduate Rs. 47,000; PG/LL.M. Rs. 57,000; PhD Rs. 67,000 per month. Interns: Rs. 10,000 per month.

Duration

Commensurate with project duration and work needs, subject to performance. Research Assistant must submit 1-year service bond.
