
About the Opportunity
Indo–U.S. Arbitration & Mediation Hub (Gautam Law Chamber venture) offers internship programme providing practical exposure to cross-border disputes and ADR mechanisms. Interns work on international arbitration cases including commercial, banking, financial, infrastructure, and maritime disputes.
Eligibility
Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / final year – 3-year course); fresh graduates interested in arbitration with basic ADR/legal procedures understanding.
Duration
1-2 months (flexible).
Key Responsibilities
Assist case research/legal analysis; support drafting pleadings/notices/orders; observe arbitration proceedings/hearings; assist case management/documentation.
Key Exposure Areas
Cross-border commercial disputes; banking/financial arbitration; infrastructure/maritime disputes.
Skills Required
