About the Opportunity
Kaizen Law seeks three newly qualified lawyers from India’s National Law Universities Class of 2026 for corporate and transactional practice in Gurgaon. Work encompasses M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate advisory, and strategic transactions. Firm recognized by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 for M&A and corporate practice since founding in August 2022.
Eligibility
Candidates from National Law Universities, Class of 2026 meeting any criteria: batch toppers with strong academics/distinctions; national/international mooting/debating achievers; exceptional researchers/writers in corporate/commercial law; or consistently interested in M&A, PE/VC, securities regulation, employment law, technology laws.

Location
Gurgaon office.
Compensation
INR 12 lakh fixed CTC (INR 10 lakh fixed + INR 2 lakh guaranteed bonus after one year) + discretionary performance bonuses. Direct partner mentorship, early responsibility on sophisticated transactions, meritocratic high-performance environment.
