Neeha leads the firm as Founding and Managing Partner, with Vishvendra as Partner. Neeha brings over 18 years of active litigation experience to the firm. Her career spans some of India’s most significant commercial and constitutional matters, including insolvency proceedings involving Unitech Ltd., Rotomac Global, Frost International, and the promoters of Fortis Hospitals; the Bhopal Gas Tragedy Curative Petition; the 2G Licence Cancellation and Presidential Reference; DLF Group’s challenge to the CCI’s penalty before the Supreme Court; and high-profile IBC proceedings including those of Bhushan Power and Steel and Ansal Properties and Infrastructure. She was awarded the Forbes Tycoons of Tomorrow Award in 2018 for her role in the constitutional challenge to Section 377 IPC.
Vishvendra brings deep expertise in PMLA defence, Corporate-Criminal litigation, Bank fraud, Environmental Law, International Arbitration and Insolvency, with additional depth in electricity tariff, transmission and trading disputes. He has secured reported judgments on the constitutional validity of provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, successfully challenged the RBI’s Master Directions on Frauds and on Wilful Defaulters, and appears regularly before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, and the NCLAT.
