About the Opportunity
Chambers of Abhinav Mishra Advocates & Solicitors, founded in 2018, is expanding its litigation team at its New Delhi office. The firm handles litigation in courts and tribunals, along with corporate advisory and legal consultancy work across matters such as IBC, M&A, competition law, debt restructuring, white collar crimes, real estate law, IPR, and arbitration.
Open Positions
- Paralegal/Trainee Associate – 2 positions.
- Associate – Scale 2 – 1 position.
- Associate – Scale 1 – 1 position.
Eligibility
Paralegal/Trainee Associate:
- Fresh law graduates who have not cleared the AIBE.
- Final-year law students.
- PPO may be offered to final-year students based on performance.
Associate – Scale 2:
- Law graduates registered with the State Bar Council.
- At least 6 months of professional experience.
Associate – Scale 1:
- Law graduates who have cleared the AIBE.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
Mode
Physical/In-office.
Salary
- Paralegal/Trainee Associate: INR 25,100 – INR 34,900.
- Associate – Scale 2: INR 35,100 – INR 44,900.
- Associate – Scale 1: INR 45,100 – INR 60,900.
Practice Areas Exposure
Selected candidates may work on Constitutional Law, Civil and White-Collar Crime, Trials and Appeals, IBC and Liquidation, Service Law, Arbitration, Taxation, Electricity Law, Aviation Law, Corporate Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Law, Labour Law, and Consumer Law.
Additional Information
Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of at least six months, and confirmation will depend on performance during probation. The organisation also provides learning-oriented exposure, a professional work culture, and reimbursement for office-related expenses and late-hour commutes.
