Key Skills
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and commercial documents
• Advising on day-to-day operational and compliance matters
• Coordinating with internal teams for information and documentation
• Drafting legal notices, replies, power of attorneys, and affidavits
• Assisting with work related to industry associations
• Maintaining digital legal database
• Supporting legal knowledge management and stakeholder updates
Role Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and legal documents
• Advise business functions on legal and compliance issues
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for document coordination
• Prepare legal notices, affidavits, and related documents
• Contribute to legal inputs for industry association engagements
• Organize and update legal records and databases
