• Experience: 7–15 years in legal/compliance/ethics investigations role
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the whistleblower program, including intake, assessment, strategy development, and confidentiality with whistleblowers
• Coordinate investigations — gather evidence, interview witnesses, draft investigation reports and communicate findings to senior management
• Develop and update whistleblower policy to ensure statutory compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external investigators as necessary
• Conduct training sessions and awareness initiatives on ethics and whistleblower policy
• Track and follow up on recommended corrective actions
• Stay current on emerging best practices in ethics program management and legal/compliance standards
Eligibility & Skills
• Legal qualification with strong understanding of program management, legal and contractual compliance
• 7–15 years of relevant legal, ethics, or compliance experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive investigations in a corporate setting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
