About the Opportunity
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is inviting applications for the post of Court Officer at its Principal Bench in New Delhi on a deputation basis. This role involves handling administrative, establishment, and court-related matters.
Eligibility
• Officers working under Central or State Governments, Courts, or Tribunals
• Preferably holding a degree in Law from a recognized university
Must be:
• Holding an analogous post on regular basis
OR
• In Level-7 of Pay Matrix with 2 years’ regular service in the grade
OR
• In Level-6 of Pay Matrix with 6 years’ regular service in the grade
• Experience in administrative, establishment, or court matters is essential
