Job Purpose
• Guide internal stakeholders on risk management and mitigation during partnerships, documentation, execution, and post-execution checks.
• Draft and negotiate IT and service contracts with hands-on expertise.
Eligibility
• LL.B. and LL.M. from a recognized university
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including software, hardware purchase, multimedia, service agreements, training/event/sponsorship agreements, renewals/amendments/schedules, termination letters, novations, and NDAs. Provide advisory support on legislative and regulatory matters, coordinate legal requirements for IT & ISG functions, and review internal policies, SOPs, and manuals.
