Refund Policy

At TheLegalVoice, we are dedicated to providing high-quality legal education through digital courses and live sessions. Given the nature of our offerings—which include instant access to proprietary content and limited-seat live programs—we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 3 days of course purchase or registration.
- The course has not been accessed beyond 10%, as determined by our system logs.
- No certificate (course or webinar) has been issued.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If the request is made after 3 days of enrollment.
- If substantial content has been accessed or downloaded.
- For live sessions or webinars, once they have begun or been attended.
- Any other situation where the refund request is found to be non-genuine after a proper internal review.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@legalvoice.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Course Name]”
Include the following details in your message:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Registered Contact Number
- Course name
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
4. Course Cancellations
In the unlikely event that TheLegalVoice cancels a course, all registered participants will receive a full refund, regardless of access or participation status.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
