About the opportunity
• Join the Legal Services team at GBSC (Global Business Solutions Center), Mastercard’s shared services hub
• Work on a dynamic legal function supporting regions across 50 countries
• Serve as a key part of the Contract Services team, managing end-to-end contract lifecycle
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial and vendor contracts
• Handle NDAs, licensing agreements, consulting and IT service contracts
• Ensure contract compliance with policies and involve appropriate business/legal teams
• Deliver efficient legal support with a strong customer-service mindset
Who can apply
• Law graduates (LLB) with 3+ years of legal experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and escalate where needed
• Knowledge of international legal systems (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC) is a plus
