Essential qualification and experience
Deputy Chief (Legal)
• Degree in Law, preferably with specialisation in Regulations / Master’s Degree in Law
• Experience in judicial, quasi-judicial, or legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws
• Officers under Central Government with:
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis or equivalent; or
• 3 years of regular service in Level-11 (₹67,700–₹2,08,700) or equivalent; or
• 7 years of combined regular service in Level-10 (₹56,100–₹1,77,500) or equivalent
Assistant Chief (Legal)
• Degree in Law, preferably with specialisation in Regulations / Master’s Degree in Law
• Experience in judicial, quasi-judicial, or legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws
• Officers under Central Government with:
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis or equivalent; or
• 3 years of regular service in Level-11 (₹67,700–₹2,08,700) or equivalent; or
• 7 years of combined regular service in Level-10 (₹56,100–₹1,77,500) or equivalent
