About the job
• NCDC invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Director (Legal) through regular direct recruitment.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, and litigation in various courts/tribunals
• Preferably experienced in banks/financial institutions
• Proficient in using computers and relevant software
• Desirable: Preference for candidates with experience in recovery-related matters, including under the SARFAESI Act
Salary
• Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
