• The Gujarat Judicial Reforms Council (GJRC) is a part of the National Judicial Reforms Council (NJRC) and Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI).
• WICCI is a premier national business chamber for women envisioning global impact for women entrepreneurs, businesswomen, and professionals.
• It is supported by global women’s networks like G100, ALL Ladies League (ALL), Women Economic Forum (WEF), and SHEconomy, with 250,000+ members and industry leaders worldwide.
• WICCI actively engages women entrepreneurs and professionals across sectors, working to influence policies, laws, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.


About the membership opportunity

• Gujarat Judicial Reforms Council invites online applications for membership for the term 2025–2026.
• The membership is open to female law students of India committed to bringing reforms for women.
• Each State Judicial Reforms Council will include council members, a Vice President, and a President.
• Members will work on:
 • Mainstreaming voices and upholding women’s interests in policy-making.
 • Creating awareness about judicial reforms and legal issues in society.
 • Helping women access incentives, finance, and resources to empower businesswomen and professionals.
 • Providing recommendations to government and institutions for reforms.
 • Contributing actively to council initiatives and its annual calendar.


Mode of membership

• Online


Eligibility

• Female law students from a university/college recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Preference for applicants with experience in:
 • Social media, PR, or event management
 • Research and graphics (Adobe, Canva, basic photo/video editing)
• Open to women only.


Tenure

• One year
