About Jhana

Jhana is a legal AI startup building India’s first AI paralegal, offering tools for research, drafting, and document management to transform legal work through generative AI. The team includes alumni from Harvard, Columbia, Berkeley, Jindal and other leading institutions, working at the intersection of law and technology to improve access to legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet predefined KPIs such as onboarding free and paid Jhana student users.
  • Set up collaborations in your college, including:
    • Partnering with the legal aid cell (if present).
    • Organising an “AI and Law” course or session with Jhana instructors.
    • Facilitating student participation in Jhana events like essay competitions, moot sponsorships, etc.
  • Lead product engagement activities to gather user feedback and insights.
  • Create and manage community groups to test Jhana tools.
  • Conduct on-campus engagement activities for law students.
  • Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) with student users.
  • Work with business and sales teams on engagement and collaboration activities.
  • Work with the product team to understand, test, and gather feedback on product features.
  • Actively participate in Jhana-led events.

Nature of the Opportunity

  • Self-paced, part-time, fully remote.
  • Duration: 2 months, designed to run alongside your coursework.
  • Paid role linked to achievement of milestones.

Eligibility

  • Law students from 1st to 5th year currently enrolled in a law college.
  • Students keen on creating, engaging, and building communities on campus.
  • High-energy applicants with a strong interest in law and technology.

Remuneration
