Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) is a national non-profit founded by Prof. (Dr.) Shamnad Basheer to empower underprivileged and marginalised students to enter and succeed in leading law schools, building future community leaders and change agents in the legal system. IDIA identifies, trains, and supports scholars from under-represented communities to crack exams like CLAT and thrive at top NLUs across India.
About IDIA’s Upcoming LMS
IDIA’s Training & Management (T&M) vertical prepares trainees for CLAT and other law entrance tests and is now building an online Learning Management System (LMS) to host mocks, study materials, and classes for IDIA trainees. For this, IDIA seeks volunteers (IDIA volunteers and other law students) to design qualitative and quantitative CLAT content and teach via the LMS.
Position & Commitment
- Role: Content Creators and Online Teachers for CLAT subjects – English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs.
- Commitment: Calendar year 2026 (1 year), extendable by another year based on performance.
- Applicants may apply for multiple subjects but will be selected for only one.

Qualifications Required
- UG/PG students enrolled in a 5-year law course or LL.M. at a recognised law university/college/institute.
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/any regional language) and leadership qualities.
