About the Opportunity
The Delhi Arbitration Law Council (DALC), under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), is a voluntary, non-profit initiative that provides a global platform for women leaders, professionals, and students to collaborate and drive positive change.
WICCI councils operate entirely on a voluntary basis. While this role does not carry remuneration, it offers unparalleled opportunities for personal branding, global recognition, networking, and professional growth.
Eligibility
• Female law students based in Delhi / NCR
• Willing to dedicate 2–3 hours daily after college for council activities
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to developing policy frameworks for incentives, tax benefits, and access to finance
• Identify key sectoral issues and propose innovative solutions
• Facilitate networking and mentoring for women advocates and professionals
• Assist in organising programs, webinars, and conferences on arbitration and dispute resolution
• Promote knowledge exchange on arbitration and conciliation
• Collaborate with other WICCI councils for national and international initiatives
• Strengthen women’s representation in media, institutions, and arbitration forums
Remuneration
• This is a voluntary position with no financial compensation
