About the Position
Apple’s Corporate Law Group seeks a dual-qualified Corporate Counsel in Bengaluru to support Indian entities and regional expansion. Focus on corporate governance, business expansion, intercompany transactions, post-acquisition integrations, and complex reorganizations. Manage compliance including board/shareholder meetings, MCA filings, ROC, and support Finance on tax, treasury, accounting, and statutory audits.
Eligibility
- Licensed to practice law in India
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with ICSI membership
- LLB or equivalent from a premier school
- At least 5 years in corporate law, focusing on Indian entity structures, governance, and statutory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- In-house experience at multinational tech firm or top-tier law firm
- Managing subsidiaries, board meetings, filings, and reorganizations
- Familiarity with FDI, FEMA, RBI filings, tax/transfer pricing
- Supporting statutory audits and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong judgment, communication, analytical skills, and self-starter mindset
