About the Internship

CoinDCX is hiring Corporate Legal Interns to support its in-house legal team. The role focuses on corporate and transactional work within a fast-growing Web3 and digital assets company.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law students or recent law graduates from top-tier colleges.
• Must have previously interned with top-tier law firms or reputed companies.
• Full-time availability; work from office.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months; tenure extendable based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
• Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.
• Ideal for candidates with a strong interest in corporate and transactional work.

• Bangalore (on-site).
