About the Internship
The Corporate (Legal) Intern role sits within the Business and Strategic Alliances team, supporting corporate and transactional legal work. The position is ideal for candidates keen on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions in a high‑growth Web3 environment.
Eligibility
- 5th year law students or recent law graduates from top‑tier colleges.
- Prior internships with top‑tier law firms or reputed companies.
- Full‑time, in‑office role with a minimum 3‑month commitment; tenure extendable based on performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate deals.
- Draft, review, and proofread commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Support due diligence and transaction documentation; research corporate, regulatory, and securities laws; prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries.
Preferred Profile
- Strong interest in corporate and transactional work.
- High curiosity for Web3 and Virtual Digital Assets, with an ownership mindset and collaborative “We over Me” approach.
