Roles and responsibilities
• Draft litigation and non-litigation documents under guidance.
• Visit various civil and criminal courts in Maharashtra, including district, sessions, high court, consumer forums, and cooperative courts, for applications and filings.
• Visit Navi Mumbai and Mumbai jails for vakalatnama signing and client meetings.
• Visit registrar’s office, Tashildar, Talathi, and land records (7/12) offices as needed.
• Work on civil, criminal, matrimonial, cheque-bouncing, and corporate finance matters.
• Specialization areas: MOCOA, POSCO, NDPS cases, IPC Sections 302, 379, 380, heirship, and declaration litigation.
Eligibility
• Open to law students or advocates holding a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
• Must be available for a part-time internship.
• Start date: 15th September 2025.
• Duration: 6 months.
