About the Internship
The internship supports CILIRD’s academic programming and event management in international law, relations, and diplomacy. It offers hands-on experience in event planning, stakeholder coordination, and policy outreach.
Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate students from any field.
- Ideal for those interested in event management, academic programming, policy discussions, and institutional engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Ideate and plan academic events (panel discussions, webinars, workshops, speaker sessions).
- Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and teams for smooth event execution.
- Handle logistics: registrations, event briefs, communications.
- Support outreach to participants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event documentation, summaries, reports, and key takeaways.
