About NUSRL
National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi was established under the NUSRL Act, 2010 by the Government of Jharkhand. The Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand serves as Rector, Hon’ble Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan (Chief Justice, Jharkhand HC) as Chancellor, and Hon’ble Justice Surya Kant (Supreme Court Judge) as Visitor.
About the Chair
The Chair on Consumer Research and Policy (CCRP) was established at NUSRL in October 2024 by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. It functions as a think tank for consumer law research, policy, teaching, and training at UG/PG levels.
Eligibility
Internship open to students from recognized law and other institutions/universities:
- 2nd/3rd year of 3-year LLB (post-graduation).
- 2nd year onwards of 5-year integrated LLB.
- LLM students.
- Students from other disciplines (NIT, National Institute of Design, etc.).
Stipend
No honorarium provided during the internship.
