About the Opportunity
Novation Legal is seeking a Due Diligence Intern for its New Delhi office. This is a paid, full-time, offline internship that provides direct exposure to the firm’s due diligence and financial analysis work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research and data analysis to support due diligence processes
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports for business ventures and potential investments
- Collect and evaluate information on business prospects
- Support financial analysis and vetting strategies
- Maintain organized records and assist in the accuracy and depth of evaluations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong research, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data synthesis
- Understanding of business strategy, risk assessment, and investment analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (BBA LL.B or B.Com LL.B preferred)
Stipend
- Stipend provided; amount to be determined based on performance
