About the Opportunity
T&R Law Offices is expanding its Corporate and Commercial practice and invites applications for a paid Legal Internship starting 18th February 2026. The mandatory 3‑month program offers substantive transactional exposure.
Mode and Location
- Mode: Hybrid (Delhi office-based); remote considered for suitable candidates.
- Location: Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support ongoing transactions with research, drafting, and corporate advisory work.
- Handle M&A, AIF formation/structuring, legal due diligence, general corporate advisory.
- Draft contracts (Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements), manage IP filings, and allied corporate matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students committed to the full 3‑month duration.
- Prior internship experience or strong interest in corporate law and M&A preferred.
- Strong research orientation; prior publications or legal writing experience viewed favourably.
