About the job
• The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra is inviting internship applications on a rolling basis
• Internships are available for the months of August to December 2025
• Each internship will last a minimum of four weeks, starting from the first Monday of the month
• Longer durations or different start dates may be considered on request
Eligibility
• 3rd/4th/5th year students of a 5-year integrated LLB programme
• 2nd/3rd year students of a 3-year LLB programme
• LLM or postgraduate law students
• Recent law graduates
Nature of work
• Preparing briefs, background notes, issue synopses, and case summaries
• Conducting legal research
• Attending court proceedings (subject to permission) and recording minutes
• Supporting academic work such as lectures and seminars
Certificate
• A certificate of internship will be issued upon satisfactory completion
