• The Centre for Legal & Economic Regulatory Analysis (CLERA) is a dedicated research centre at DNLU. It specializes in tracking and analyzing regulatory frameworks across sectors, focusing on decisions made by key regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, CCI, TRAI, and IRDAI. CLERA aims to contribute to structured legal and policy research through its centralized Regulatory Dashboard.
About the Internship
• Duration: September 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025
• Mode: Virtual
• Organized by: CLERA, DNLU Jabalpur
• Focus Area: Regulatory frameworks and legal developments in sectors including securities markets, competition law, financial regulation, insolvency, and insurance.
Tentative Responsibilities
• Conduct empirical and doctrinal research to identify policy gaps and recommend reforms
• Analyze recent decisions and developments from regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, CCI, TRAI, etc.
• Create legal content suitable for public dissemination via digital platforms
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
• Open to law students and young professionals with an interest in regulatory and financial law
• Applicants will be shortlisted based on their CV
• Preference will be given to:
• Candidates with prior publications
• Those with relevant research or professional experience
Certification
• Internship certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the internship
• Submission of a final research report is mandatory for certification
