• It aims to contribute to legal scholarship, support IP awareness, and extend academic assistance to communities such as SMEs and tribal populations in Jharkhand.
About the internship
• Duration: 1 month
• The internship focuses on research in various domains of Intellectual Property Law and related areas.
• Students will be assigned one IPR domain based on their interest.
Eligibility
• Law students: Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate legal studies at recognized institutions in India or abroad.
• Science students: 10 seats are reserved for non-law students (B.Tech, M.Tech, BSc, MSc, MBBS, MS, MD, etc.) pursuing studies in science and allied disciplines.
• Interest in IPR: Applicants must show a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law and its socio-legal dimensions.
• Two cohorts will be formed — National and International — with 10 slots reserved each for international and non-law students.
