About the internship
• One-month online legal internship for law students
• Focus on applying legal knowledge to real-world issues like education, malnutrition, menstrual hygiene, and elderly care
• Emphasis on legal responsibility, policy research, and community engagement
Eligibility
• Open to students pursuing LL.B. (3-year) or B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. (5-year) programs
• All years of study are eligible
• Must have strong communication, research, and writing skills
• Interest in public interest law, human rights, and community service is desirable
Work profile
• Research legal and policy frameworks related to social justice
• Draft legal awareness materials (pamphlets, posters, digital content)
• Develop campaign content and manage digital fundraisers
• Monitor legal developments and suggest reforms
• Contribute to pro bono lawyer networks and outreach strategies
• Create educational videos or reels to raise public legal awareness
• Learn RTI filing and advocacy report writing
Duration
• One month (e.g., 1st August 2025 – 31st August 2025)
