Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• LL.M. or equivalent degree/diploma preferred.
• Must be registered with the Bar Council of India with a valid license to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Preference for experience in service, administrative, and arbitration matters related to educational institutions/universities.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and presentation.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (written & spoken).
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be willing to visit courts, tribunals, commissions, quasi-judicial authorities, and advocates’ chambers for discussions/briefings.
Salary
• ₹40,000 per month
