Eligibility
• Juris Doctorate / Equivalent International Degree / Legal Apprenticeship.
• Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 12+ years’ legal practice experience.
Key responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on transactions, compliance, and business operations.
• Manage regulatory affairs, litigation, and government communications.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Partner with business teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Represent Microsoft in external forums and policy discussions.
