Essential Qualification & Experience
• Degree in Law from a recognized Indian university (recognized by BCI/SBC) OR Membership of the English Bar OR Attorney of High Court in India
• Knowledge of computer operation
• Minimum 3 years’ continuous practice as an Advocate in any High Court/Supreme Court OR
• Minimum 3 years’ judicial service OR
• Minimum 3 years’ research experience in Law at a recognized institution OR
• Minimum 3 years as a Law Reporter/editorial staff in reputed law reports/journals OR
• Minimum 3 years as Lecturer in Law at a recognized university OR
• Minimum 7 years of service (4 years in Class-II Gazetted post in Supreme Court/High Court)
