About the Opportunity
KSK invites applications for the position of Associate/Trainee Associate in their Real Estate team at the Mumbai office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–2 years post-qualification (PQE)
- Freshers must have real estate internship experience
- Working proficiency in Marathi (reading and writing) is compulsory
- Strong interest in real estate law, transaction drafting, and client advisory work
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents (facility agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, loan agreements)
- Prepare title search reports and title investigations
- Review RERA documents and support infrastructure financing documentation
- Coordinate with senior associates, partners, and clients regarding compliance and document requirements

- Mumbai (on-site; no remote option)
