The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, is a premier think tank and capacity-building institute that supports policy makers, regulators, and stakeholders in corporate affairs, governance, and sustainability.

Position Overview
IICA invites applications for the post of Consultant (Program & Coordination) to be engaged on a contractual basis for the Forum of Indian Regulators. The role involves managing program logistics, coordination, and administrative support for various courses and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate programs, workshops, and meetings.
  • Prepare program/course reports and maintain financial records.
  • Liaise with faculty, participants, and external agencies for smooth execution of events.
  • Manage online courses and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Handle administrative arrangements including travel, accommodation, venue setup, and material preparation.
  • Maintain social media pages and support business development and marketing efforts related to programs.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of School or Program Director.

Qualification and Experience

  • Post-Graduate degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, program coordination, logistics management, or related fields.

Remuneration

  • Consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹40,000.
