• Handle commercial transactions, general litigation, and NCLT practice
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s commercial law practice in the region
Eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial/Corporate Law
• Strong grasp over commercial litigation, corporate transactional work, and NCLT practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional maturity, independence, and a humble work ethic
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in Bangalore
