Eligibility
• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of property laws, RERA, SRA laws, DCPR 2034, and redevelopment of MHADA properties.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Marathi preferred.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and property documents.
• Conduct due diligence, manage litigation, and liaise with authorities.
• Advise on land use, RERA, and risk mitigation.
