About the Opportunity
The Ministry of Labour and Employment is inviting applications for appointment to the post of Presiding Officer in the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court located at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Dhanbad.
Eligibility
As per Section 7A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, a person shall not be qualified for appointment as Presiding Officer unless they:
• Are or have been a Judge of a High Court,
OR
• Have, for a combined period of ten years, served as a District Judge and Additional District Judge
