Roles and responsibilities
• Lead implementation and management of the Infosys Whistleblower Program
• Handle global investigations and ensure remediation measures
• Contribute to compliance planning, policy reviews, and process improvements
• Collaborate with HR on feedback systems and training initiatives
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting compliance
• Support risk mitigation through analytics and automation where applicable
